She has conceptualised and planned the menus for prestigious private and corporate events, working in close collaboration with teams of professional chefs. A career highlight was planning the menu for the official dinner for the visiting Prime Minister of India, Mr Narendra Modi. She has also had the privilege to conceptualise menus for dignitaries like late Smt Sushma Swaraj.

She was the culinary consultant of the prestigious Wine & Dine magazine. ● She is currently working on ready to cook meals and  Gourmet collections of currypastes etc.
